We're giving a lot of thought about how we can design this blog to
be of most value to you. While this blog is new and hasn't yet had time to develop much traffic, for the few of you out there who are aware it's here, I'm asking, how could it best serve you.
Our ideas will be forthcoming tomorrow.
Blessings,
Claudia

Nice start Claudia. Question, "How to catch yourself when you are REacting, before you react to their tone of voice?"
Karla
Thanks, Karla. This STP tip is number 17. The previous tips will be posted to the blog on or before December 25, 2008.
Good question, Karla. Your feelings are your barometer to tell you if your about to be reactive. Monitor your feelings. If you feel negative feelings coming on reactive behavior will follow automatically - unless you catch the negative feelings and choose to respond differently.
This idea of not letting it all out goes against the grain of pop psychology which tells us just get it all and and you'll feel better.
The fact is you feel better only for a short time, then you feel worse for
when you allow another person's actions to determine your actions you have lost control and lost your power.
